The Total Aluminium Trestle & Plank Pack puts the whole platform in one order: two adjustable trestles in the height you pick and your choice of Australian made aluminium planks to deck them.

It is the everyday work platform for painters, plasterers, renderers and brickies. The trestles carry a 265kg safe working load, the legs adjust for uneven ground and everything is light enough to shift on your own.

How The Trestle & Plank Pack Works

Three drop downs build your platform:

  • Choose your trestle size. Every pack includes two trestles in the height you pick, with seven platform heights from 1.2m to 4.8m. 2.4m, 3.0m and 3.6m are in stock ready to ship. 4.2m and 4.8m are on special while stock lasts. 1.2m and 1.8m are import only, so allow 12 weeks.
  • Choose your plank length. 2.4m, 3.0m, 4.0m, 5.0m or 6.0m, matched to the run you are working.
  • Choose 1 or 2 planks. One plank gives you a working deck rated to 205kg over a span of up to 3.0m. Two planks double the deck width and steady it underfoot. The locked two plank rating of 225kg over a 5.4m span. 

Please note that plank accessories are not included in this pack. However they can be purchased separately if required. Details below: 

The Plank Lock Set (ALPLSET) is required to join two planks together, needed for the 225kg two plank rating.

The Adjustable Plank Clamps (ALPL2-3) to hold the deck onto the trestles, one per trestle.

A trestle platform grows one bay at a time. A bay is the span between two trestles, so each extra bay is one more trestle and one or two more planks. If you add edge protection down the track, the Trestle Handrail Kit covers one bay and the Link-Up Kit extends the barrier bay by bay with no gap at the join.
